SmartSVG owns the copyright to all designs. All rights reserved.

Commercial Use
You may use our designs for personal and commercial use. Commercial use is limited to 500 physical items that are produced in-house. This means you may create and sell up to 500 products per design. The 500 item limit cannot be exceeded by purchasing a file more than once.
If you purchase a design that includes words you are responsible for checking trademarks in the category you are selling in. We are not liable for trademark violations or damages that result from illegal or improper use of our designs.

Prohibited Uses of our Designs
• You may not sell, re-distribute or share a digital version of our designs even if changes are applied
• You may not use our designs with or on print-on-demand services
• You may not digitize and re-sell our designs as embroidery files
• You may not create digital printables with our designs
• You may not upload our designs on file sharing websites
• You may not use our product photos and watermarked images to promote or sell your own product
• You may not display our designs on websites without properly watermarking the image to protect it from being copied
• You may not use our designs as part of a logo, trademark or service mark.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please know that your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about your products or transaction. If you lose your SVG file please email me for a replacement.

Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that SmartSVG is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. SmartSVG reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Privacy
We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information. To communicate with you about your order. To fulfill your order. If you sign up for our newsletter we may also use your contact information to inform you of sales, free designs, other products and news.
Protecting your private information is our priority. SmartSVG does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
